PIERER Mobility kupuje bicikle marke FELT Bicycles

Stefan Pierer, CEO of PIERER Mobility: "The acquisition of FELT Bicycles is fully in line with PIERER E-Bikes' overall strategy to become a global player in the two-wheel mobility field, including electric and non-electric bicycles, covering all bicycle categories. With FELT, we are able to expand our Bicycle product portfolio, and a strong entry into the North American market with a mature high-performance brand. The company is also actively participating in the competition, which brings us additional attraction to us."

It also said that the acquisition of FELT Bicycles includes three parts: the acquisition of FELT brand assets, the company's assets in Europe and North America, and the integration of global labor into the team structure of PIERER E-Bikes GmbH.

Felt Bicycles trenutno distribuira VDW Bikes u Beneluxu i nastavit će to činiti u bliskoj budućnosti.
